Vacation Island Recording Studio, Williamsburg, Brooklyn, NY

Vacation Island Recording is a multi-room recording and mixing studio owned and operated by Matt Boynton. The studio is located in located in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, two blocks from the JM and G trains and a 10 minute walk from the Lorimer L. Vacation Island Recording consists of a 16'x19' live room with 12' ceilings, a 10'x12' dead room, a 14'x17' control room, a small iso booth and two iso closets for amps. So there's plenty of rooms for maximum isolation plus lots of amps, guitars, synthesizers, and a grand piano.

Well, it's the end of the year and a lot has happened here in the past few months. Starting back in September Talk Normal mixed their latest with Christina Files engineering. Next, Matt Boynton did some more tracking with Golden Animals. Free Blood was back to finish up tracking and do some mixing with Boynton.
